Goodbye, Cellulite


I am known for being very skinny but over the years I have managed to gain a bit of weight. With the weight gain comes tons of cellulite and unpleasant stretch marks. As much as people think that I am being overly dramatic for wanting to get back into shape, I personally, am not happy with how body is starting to look.

This is my 3rd year at varsity and I have managed to neglect my regular exercise routines. Even though I am skinny, going to the gym is not optional. It is compulsory. I have learned the hard way of what happens when one stops going to the gym. Even though I look amazing in clothing (if I have to say so myself) I don’t quite like the way I look out of them. It’s currently Winter in South Africa so showing a bit of skin is not a worry but what happens when Spring/Summer comes rolling in? Then what? I won’t have leggings and stockings to hide my legs in soooo I have decided to make something about this serious cottage cheese problem.

I have made my return to the gym. It has only been 1 week and I have attended the gym 3 times this week. It’s hard to get back into the routine but what I have found to be one of my biggest problems is knowing which exercises to do. I tried attending an aerobics class which would have helped but the time didn’t go well with my personal timetable.

So my plan is to look for some useful exercises that you (if you have the same problem as me) and I can do at home and at the gym to get rid of the cellulite and tone for the Summer!
