PLEASE BE WARNED THAT THIS MUSIC VIDEO CONTAINS STRONG LANGUAGE AND AGGRESSIVE CONTENT.
I have been very vocal lately about the huge crush that I have on SA Rapper, Riky Rick, on social media. I finally got the chance to see him perform live recently at the Amstel Lite Launch party here in Cape Town alongside OkMalumKoolKat and obviously it was everything I expected and more. After performing, Riky ditched the confined space of his VIP area and decided to join the crowd of fans and danced along to performances by Kid X and Ma E – I dig that. Anyways his latest video for his hit single, NAFUKWA – which is a new term (which according to the Boyznbucks language) meaning “Do it! As Africans we need to create our own sound and our own movements.”
This visually pleasing video has been on and off YouTube and has been banned off of certain music channels due to the “aggressive” content but I think it’s a dope video so decided to share it here.
check it out and let me know what you think, most importantly, support local music!
