It has been a while since Rihanna last hit our shores, the last time she was here, she was an opening act for Jay-Z. On Monday, 8 April 2013, Big Concerts in association with 5fm and Live Nation made a big announcement that the 6 time Grammy Award winner would be coming to South Africa once again to perform two stadium shows in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
I am a HUGE Riri fan and I was over joyed to hear that she would be here soon the tour details are as follows:
13-Oct Johannesburg, South Africa FNB Stadium
16-Oct Cape Town, South Africa Cape Town Stadium
Tickets for the Diamond World Tour went on sale today for the Joburg show and sold out very quickly. I will be purchasing my tickets for the Cape Town show tomorrow morning and I will make sure that I camp outside computicket early enough to get myself a golden circle ticket. Prices start from R330 ā R930 and will be on sale from 9am.
My friends and I woke up at 6am to wait outside a Computicket outlet (in Cape Town) to ensure that we were one of the first few people there to secure Golden Circle tickets to see Ms Fenty live on stage. Luckily for us we did get our tickets!
